Wild Rice is a superior gluten free food and it is so delicious.  I would like to share some of the benefits of including this super food into your diet, on a regular basis. We do not hear much about Wild Rice, but it is not actually rice, it is a seed of a watergrass. So it is not only gluten free, it is highly nutritious, as well.
