If you’re a fiercely loving parent, as I am, navigating the confusion around a serious health need for your child, such as Autism Treatment, can be frustrating, exhausting, even heartbreaking.
What if you discovered a path to wellness for yourself and your family, which relieved (or even cured!) many common medical disorders and left you feeling healthy, energetic and positive?
If you have children that suffer the challenges of ADHD, Autism or Asperger’s syndrome, or you are yourself dealing with health issues, I hope you’ll discover a sense of empowerment as you continue reading about how you can make a difference.
Effective Autism Treatment
When Autism treatment works, a formerly-unresponsive child begins to connect and engage, with parents, siblings and the world. Their comfort level goes way up, and the difference is noticeable.
Healthy Eating Is Key
An effective Autism diet is a key ingredient in successful Autism treatment. The right fresh, healthy food choices make a profound difference in an autism-syndrome child’s ability to cope.
Active, Energetic Health
Diet and lifestyle choices can make a profound difference in the health, energy and joy your whole family experiences. I hope you’re willing to learn a bit more – there’s a big payoff even beyond Autism treatment.
Medical Challenges That May Be Relieved By “Gut” Treatment
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
High Blood Pressure
I’m not here to diagnose or even treat you… what I offer is a straightforward set of steps you can take that may relieve many or even all of the symptoms of common medical conditions. In fact, in many cases, I’ve seen cures, not just relief of symptoms, come to those who have made the effort to find their way back to health using these methods.

Today, Food Is Confusing
I want to help end the confusion surrounding food in all areas, not just around Autism treatment. Are eggs healthy for you? Are all fats bad? Is butter really good for you? Do you believe sugar free soda is a better alternative?
For years, I didn’t know if we should eat butter or margarine, eggs or bagels. I lived on auto-pilot – where donuts, double chocolate chip muffins, bagels and the occasional granola bar and banana started my day and got me through the daily grind. I ate out at lunch, and didn’t care what oils were used in preparing my food. I was really too tired to cook anything by the time I arrived home, so I might have thrown something in the microwave or had something delivered. Had there been any interest in reading labels, I wouldn’t have been able to pronounce half of the ingredients!
Our Food And Lifestyle Choices Effect Our Families’ Health
It wasn’t until my friends and I dealt with health issues in our children and ourselves, including: autism, allergies, asthma, cancer, thyroid issues, re-occurring bladder and ear infections, rashes and the continuous use of antibiotics that my interest was sparked to ask, “Why aren’t we feeling any better?”
I’d reached a point where feeling tired and overwhelmed was normal. Conventional medicine was helping me feel better in that moment, but it wasn’t addressing the cause as to why I wasn’t feeling my best.
Conventional Medicine Doesn’t Focus Much On Prevention
It’s easy now to look back and see that prescription drugs were not the answer — what my family was eating, and our lifestyle should have been the starting point.
I’m not a purist, vegetarian or hardcore raw foodist, but I may be considered a foodie. My family eats less meat and more fruits and veggies. The type of food we put in our bodies is just as important as where the food comes from and how it is processed – and if you have children diagnosed in the Autism spectrum, it’s critical for Autism treatment and gut recovery.
